Back From Brazil

I just Arrived back from Brazil today, Sorry I could not update my Blog as the internet was very slow whole I was their.  We stayed in Taiba Brazil which is an hour and a half North of Fortaleza. The Weather was beautiful and I never had to put anything on my feet for 6 weeks, bare foot everywhere.  Here are a few photos from the trip, I am very tired so I am off. Off on Another Adventure

I currently in Barrie Ontario for tomorrow Kite Cable Cross over with the Best Kiteboarding. After this event we are heading back to Sauble Beach to get everything finalized for KiteJam 2011.  This event is going to be so much fun with Kiteboarders arriving from all over the country.

I am off to go have a Spaghetti dinner and hit the bed as we are up early tomorrow.

New Update

Sorry it has taken me a while to post, but there is some new updates to be announced.

I will be taking off to Ontario for the month of September photographing kiteboarding and a few portraits here and there. Weekend of the 18th I will be attending Kitejam in Sauble Beach. This is a big Ontario kiteboarding competition.

On October 4th I will be taking off to Fortaleza Brazil for 6 weeks, so be sure to stay tuned for big updates!

End of the Hood

Another quick week went by while in hood River, Oregon. The wind was not on our side or weather.  We had a lot of fun under the Best tent where it seemed to be the place to be with our mini BBQ  and Sam cooking up a storm. 

I am now sitting in the Portland airport waiting for my flight back home to Kelowna BC.

HoodRiver

Oregon,
flew in to Portland on Monday to meet up with the Best Kiteboaring Crew.  Drove up to HoodRiver in the Uhaul Truck packed with 6 guys but still plenty of room!  Tuesday was a day of building rails and finishing up all the painting and putting the rails into place on the water. Wednesday was the First day of the Ro-Sham Throwdown. Both of the Best riders (Joe Ruscito and Rich Sabo) killed their Heat. It looks like they will both make it on to the next round.  Sam Medysky went out for a session after the heat and hit some bangers.

Kelowna

Hello Everybody. 

So I have been back home in Kelowna now for almost 3 weeks. Since I have been back I have been doing a lot of photo editing from my past trip to North Carolina. I have been in contact with several Magazines now and there is lot of potential to get my self some coverage in the up and coming months. This past thursday night I had a wonderful Photo-shoot with two lovely ladies. I am starting a new project for my self that I will be shooting over the next near. I realize there is so much that Kelowna can offer a photographer for Backgrounds its crazy! 

 If you thin you would be interested in participating as a model for my Project please let me know and I can fill you in a little bit more.

Hatteras Part 2

Tomorrow is our last day down here in North Carolina.  What a trip this has been, full of sun,wind and some partying. This trip has been a big eye opener for me to see into the industry more. I will be heading back to Ontario and then head back to Kelowna British Columbia for the rest of the summer.

Up Date on Hatteras

Wow, it has just been an amazing trip so far. Meeting some incredible people and getting some great contacts. Over the past weeks I have been in a few different Houses. First I stayed in Avon at the SBC Kiteboard house, where they where testing new gear. After the SBC week we stayed up in Waves with a House of 20 amazing people and an elevator. That was a great fun week. Now we have settled into a smaller house back in Avon for 3 weeks. There has been no wind the past few days so just have been shooting a lot of lifestyle and wildlife. Here are some photos form the trip so far.

Hatteras

After our 17 hour road trip from Ontario to North Carolina we finally got out on the water in the 30degree weather. It has been very windy the past 3 days, thunderstorm the first night and looks to be another tonight. The next few days looks like we will have clear sky's and no rain. Here is a Lightning photo from our first night. 

One Week Away

I am now In Orillia Ontario, my home town.  I leave in one week to Hatteras Island, North Carolina. I am very excited to start to photograph water sports again. It is time for warm weather. Not to much for the next week.  until next time, have a great one.

Day 1

I begin my 2-month journey to Hatteras Island, North Carolina.  First plane to Vancouver where I got to sit front row and sprawl my legs out, where my connecting flight form Vancouver to Toronto was a little more squished sitting in the very back against the window.  I land in Toronto at 6am Thursday morning. My Father picked me up and I was off back home to Orillia where I will be staying for 2 weeks before I head to Hatteras.  As soon as I arrived home it was right into the hottub and then past out for 7 hours. It was perfect, I woke up picked my dad up from work, put my trucks back on my Longboard and then Steak Dinner.  As I finished my dinner it was out on the Longboard for a nice sunset ride along the lakeshore,  And Now a relaxing night.

Last Day Of School

Today Marks the Last Day of School. I am so excited, I have a photo exhibition at my school with my fellow classmates tonight. After that Its all Done. so maybe a few beers to celebrate. I will be out of Kelowna now for 2 months so when I arrive back In Kelowna I will be available for booking.

So book now before spots fill up for the summer.

Flights All Booked

So I jsut got off the phone with Same medysky and after a little interruption with good old online payment we where under way. So I fly out to Ontario April 6 arrive one the 7th . I will stay back home in Orillia for a week before Sam and I go on our 2 month road trip to South Parade Island Texas,  Florida and then to Hatteras island. Its going to be one heck of a time, so be sure to stay tune and I will keep you updated on my journey

Nelson

Just got off the phone with Jay Britton, Snow seems to be piling up. So I am heading out to Nelson tomorrow for some hopeful pow and backcountry! photos to come.

School Is Almost done

Wow, Only a month left and then All Done!!! Its going to be a crazy next few weeks trying to get everything all finished for my school projects. Manitoba Road Trip

Here are a few photos from my road trip to Manitoba. i will be posting more photos later on this week. we had a great time with some unique features.

Almost time

On Tuesday I will be embarking on a 10 day road trip. From Kelowna I will be heading to Nelson to meet up with Jay Britton and his roommate. From there we head to manitoba for a rail jam where there is more then $3000 cash prizes. after Manitoba we will head to Edmonton and Calgary to hit the urban cites.  I cannot wait to start traveling.

Future Events

      So after a great weekend in Rossland BC  attending The Game rail jam witch went out with a bang, 6 rails down a main street with awesome music the entire weekend.

     So for february, might possibly going on a trip with Jay Britton to Regina, Calgary, and Edmonton for a rail jam and urban riding.  this will be a wicked opportunity for photos, Just have to see if i can manage taking that  much time off school this late with school finishing the end of march.
